Code of Conduct, Eligibility & Right of Refusal
All participants, attendees, and registrants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, safe, and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
The 948 Charity Support Association (“the Association”) enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, intimidation, discrimination, threatening behavior, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate, whether verbal, physical, written, or electronic. This policy applies to interactions involving staff, volunteers, sponsors, hosts, participants, and members of the public, and extends to all event-related activities, whether occurring on or off the course.
The Association reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to remove any individual from the event whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or otherwise contrary to the standards and values of the event. Such removal may occur without warning and without refund, and may include a prohibition from participation in future events hosted or organized by the Association.
Any individual registering a team does so on behalf of all listed participants and represents that each participant has been informed of, understands, and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. The registering party accepts full responsibility for the conduct of all team members and acknowledges that misconduct by any individual participant may result in disciplinary action affecting the entire team, including removal from the event without refund and/or future participation restrictions.
The Association further reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, deny, revoke, or cancel any registration, at any time and for any reason deemed necessary by the Association, including—but not limited to—circumstances where prior conduct at past events, known behavioral concerns, or other relevant factors indicate that an individual’s participation may pose a risk to the safety, integrity, reputation, or orderly operation of the event. The Association is under no obligation to provide justification for such decisions.
By completing registration and participating in this event, all participants expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and accept the decisions of the Association as final.
